AC/DC fans finally the wait
is over!!! Get down to Maggies after the gig
for our afterparty. Drinks from £2 all
night and Lee Craig (The Rock Shop Saturdays)
will be playing the best in Rock/Indie/Metal
to get your feet stompin. We are open until
3am and its free entry all night. For those
about to Rock…Maggies salutes you. This
Friday we
have The Private Hammond Orchestra Live in the
bar at 6pm. The guys will be on at 5pm so make
sure you get down before to get a good seat,
especially if the weather holds up as the bay
windows will be wide open.
Get loose promotions
have brought down The Underground Jam (The Jam
tribute) who will be playing Weller and co.’s
best and biggest tunes. Doors are at 8pm and
tickets are the usual £5. This leads nicely
into the return of Modrophenia a night of Mod
madness brought to you by DJ Dante with special
guest DJ Thistle Stu This week we have
Get Loose promotions putting on the live bands
in the basement on Saturday night. Everyone
who is down for the live music automatically
gets free entry into the club afterwards with
Modrophenia on Friday and The Rock Shop on Saturday.

If you have a gig this week
and would like your aftershow in our venue just
drop us a line on 0141 548 1350 and we can sort
you out with free entry to the club for you
and your fans. We also allow you to store your
equipment overnight. The Meatmen are Live in
the bar at 6pm on Saturday as usual so get down
early for a space on the ever expanding
dancefloor. Look out over the next few weeks
for some special guest performances in the upstairs
bar. Saturday Night sees The Rock Shop as usual.
Our resident Lee Craig plays the best in Rock/Indie/Metal/Punk
& all the rest. If you are in to see a band
first your stamp will allow you free entry for
the rest of the night so stick around and enjoy
two floors of the best atmosphere in the Merchant
City. DJing in the bar over the weekend we have
Gordy Goudie (Echo & The Bunnymen) and Heather
Mccartney (Clean Young Mess – Subcity Radio).
The bar is free entry and is open till 3am.
